Return Process

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the TV box in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, cables, remote controls, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship it back to our designated processing center using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned device for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
